Alumni Information

Community High School District 218 was founded in 1897 at Dwight D. Eisenhower High School located in Blue Island, Illinois. 
 
Today, CHSD 218 consists of 3 large comprehensive high schools and 3 alternative programs.
  • Dwight D. Eisenhower (founded in 1897)
  • Harold L. Richards (founded in 1965)
  • Alan B. Shepard (founded in 1976)
  • Delta Learning Center (formerly Aspen, formerly Alt Ed, founded in 1993) - an alternative program for CHSD 218 students
  • Summit Learning Center (founded in 1995) - an alternative program for CHSD 218 students
  • Adult Transition Program (founded in 2008) - an adult program for students 18-22 with individual education programming
     
Over the past 127 years, CHSD 218 has graduated over 42,000 students.
